The 2 persons behind were the last 2 for a lucky draw. So the Emcee was praying the Auntie would win. The Emcee was damn power! He made the audience laughed throughout. And he knows Chinese, a bit of Hindi, a bit of Malay, very powerful Hokkien.

I really should give a pat on my shoulders. I would never have thought that I could shoot events (2 at one go), considering last time how I detest event photography as time is always tight and rowdy. But, it turned out the other way. I enjoyed it! Interacting with people… I’m not sure is it because I look unusual as the monster looked like it’s covering half of my body that people starting talking to me. Or is it very hard to find a female serious photographer around.

I’m not sure if this is eventually what I would do. So long I enjoy the moment, which is the most important part. I can connect the dots later mah…

These photos were quite belated. Now Poky weighs about 330g. Within 3 days, he gained 20g. His butt is getting bigger and firmer.

This rabbit’s actions were damn fast la. It was highly challenging to take lo. A lot of food were used for these shots. After which, we decided to use a white backdrop with mahjong paper.

For that, I haven’t process… Hehez… Later la…

STB D&D 15 Jan 2010 Part 1

First things first, I shall type less vulgarities since the Director is reading my blog. But sometimes the vulgarities are only exaggerated expressions as you know I have limited vocab… Yeah…

Last minute got to join the STB D&D as some of the colleagues pulled out of the dinner.

I totally ENJOYED myself. I didn’t know the government stat board can go fcrazy. You will know why later…

We gathered at Forum. The venue was Hilton Singapore. Personally, I don’t find the Grand Ballroom very good as there are pillars in the room. Quite sucky for photography.

Was quite fortunate that the pro photographer allowed me to take beside him. And he gave me a golden advice, “You need to open up your mouth.”

Sounds crude but a very wise one. I was too shy to even speak up to the others for photo shots.
